I have decided to make a set of aluminium toe spikes to fit my CaBoots. I have sourced the aluminium material from B&Q and amazingly, it is the perfect size for the job and quite inexpensive. I bought a length of 15mm flat aluminium strip and a length of 10mm diameter aluminium pole, the strip is 2m long and the pole is 1m long, so it may be worth sharing the project with others. E.MAIL
